These terms govern your use of the Martial website at trymartial.app. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What this is

This site is a marketing site and a waitlist for Martial, a training app that is in development. The app itself is separate and is not yet generally available. Nothing here is a guarantee that the app will ship with any particular feature on any particular date.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us tell you when access opens. It does not guarantee access, a place in any cohort, or a specific timeline. Your position is derived from a fair, deterministic order and can change as others confirm and refer. We may change or end the waitlist program. Do not attempt to game it with fake or automated signups; we exclude detected abuse from the count and the order.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit signups you are not authorized to submit.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site.
• Do not scrape or bulk-copy the directory. It is built and verified at real cost.

The directory

Once live, the directory provides information about gyms on a best-effort basis. We work to keep it accurate and we stamp when each listing was checked, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. A listing does not imply that a gym endorses Martial or that Martial endorses the gym. Some location data comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under its license, with attribution on the relevant pages.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, and brand are ours, except for third-party data shown under its own license. You may not reuse them except as allowed by law.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Martial is established. The specific governing law and venue will be stated here before launch. If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date above.
